What to expect
Clear advice, not a rushed transaction.
A detailed dry eye assessment
We discuss when symptoms occur, health conditions, medication, skincare, screen use and contact lens wear. Clinical checks may include the eyelid margins, meibomian glands, tear stability and the surface of the eye, depending on your presentation.
Treatment shaped around the cause
Your plan may combine lubricating drops, warm compresses, eyelid hygiene, environment changes, screen habits, nutrition advice or in-practice therapies. Not every option suits every type of dry eye, so we prioritise steps that match your findings.
- A clear daily care routine
- Product advice matched to symptoms
- Contact lens and screen-use adjustments
- Review or referral when appropriate
When dry-eye symptoms may be urgent
Sudden vision loss, severe pain, marked light sensitivity, chemical exposure or significant injury is not a routine dry-eye presentation. Seek urgent medical or eye-care advice rather than waiting for a standard clinic appointment.
